To reduce acidity and promote a more alkaline body, you need to move! Moving your body helps flush out toxins and helps you maintain a healthy weight.

#3. Combat Stress

Stress causes acidity, not to mention its ability to raise blood sugar. Try to focus on stress management and get some relaxation into your day.

Try yoga, meditation, brisk walks, or even just taking a good nap!

Sugar is acid and downright addicting. Try cutting high sugar sources from your diet and focus on whole and natural foods.

Yes, believe it or not, the more positive you are, the better your health and alkaline balance will be.

Staying hydrated is an important part of overall health. When I say hydration, I’m talking about water. Ditch the sugary beverages and opt for water.

We need water to survive, but we also need water to flush out built up toxins.

 
An acidic body is a recipe for disease. Focus on implementing these tips into your everyday life to reduce acidity and promote a more alkaline environment.
