#1 Protein Packed Breakfast Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop unsweetened plant-based protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp. raw unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

#2 Strawberry Parfait

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup full-fat unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp. shredded coconut

Directions:

  1. Add the Greek yogurt and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Top with sliced strawberries and shredded coconut.

#3 Overnight Oats

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk or non-dairy milk of choice
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa nibs

Directions:

  1. Add the oats, milk, and chia seeds to a mason jar. Stir to combine. Refrigerate overnight.
  2. Before serving, top with sliced banana and cocoa nibs.

#4 Avocado Toast

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice toast
  • ½ avocado, mashed
  • 1 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Spread the avocado on the toast. Sprinkle with the feta cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
