While this variety of vinegar isn’t a super food or a miracle cure for diabetes, it is another ingredient you can consider adding into your diet to manage your diabetes and mitigate the symptoms of the disease.

If you want to incorporate this food hack to your diet, there are many easy uses. Apple cider vinegar is the perfect substitute for plain old white vinegar in salad dressings. It can also be used as a sauce topping for fish or as a secret ingredient for that extra tang to your recipes.
