Instead, you are drinking something that will help you heal from the inside out. It is important to search for raw apple cider vinegar and raw honey. Why? Because the raw versions are the ones with all of the immune system supporting, blood boosting, digestion inducing benefits.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of room temperature water
  • 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of raw honey
  • A dash of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients into a cup. Whisk until well combined.
