Benefits of the Smoothie-Fruity Drink

One study stated that strawberry, in its ripening stage, has very potent anti-diabetic and anti-glycation properties, in addition to its antioxidant properties. These beneficial effects come from the phenols and flavonoids in strawberries.

Bananas, too, contain antioxidant properties and are rich in nutrients and vitamins known to have protective effects against oxidative stress, which exacerbates diabetic complications. They are also rich in fiber, which is anti-lipid.

Orange fruits also benefit diabetic patients and help reduce diabetic risks and compilations. They are rich in vitamins and oxidants that can help keep the heart and liver healthy.

So if you want a healthy snack for your child, try this smoothie-fruity drink. It has all the right ingredients that can not only boost your child’s energy and satiate his hunger but manage his blood sugar levels as well.
