Is Oopsie Bread Good for Diabetics?

Well, there are benefits and drawbacks of this flatbread. On the plus side, just one serving is only 35 calories. It also contains loads of helpful protein, about 2.2 grams per serving. Most of it comes from eggs.

The downside is that there is a lot of fat from the cream cheese, about 2.7 grams. If you don’t want to add more fat to your diet than necessary, you might consider replacing the cream cheese with 2% plain Greek yogurt or 2% cottage cheese in the recipe.
