While lotion and creams are great, there are also food choices you can make to help keep your skin moisturized as well!

#1 Cucumber

Cucumbers can help keep your skin moisturized and improve elasticity. What more could you want?

Try adding sliced cucumbers to salads or dip them in hummus.
 

#2 Celery

Made up of lots of water, celery works great to keep your skin hydrated. Celery is also low in calories, making it an excellent snack choice.
 

#3 Salmon

Believe it or not, you need healthy fat for a radiant skin, and salmon is packed with omega-3 fatty acids.

Salmon is also a rich source of protein and selenium which are both great for the skin and the hair.
